This was another song I've been wanting to do for a long time, but I haven't been able to find a perfect MIDI for it, until now. Sometimes, Western artists don't provide MIDIs for the songs I want to cover. This means I will have to fly to the other side of the globe to see what the Japanese have done, and sometimes it helps. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, including on when I did GCN Rainbow Road two years ago. The only requirement is knowing the Japanese names for the game, the song, or even associated elements.

The only part that I had to do by ear was the percussion, as with most of the GameCube Mario Party remixes I have done.
