I have wanted to cheese this fight since the game came out, and after countless attempts I finally figured out a way to get it to work.
First, we have stupidly high stats from grinding. Then, we have Lance General!Alear as that allows us to strike at range with a physical move, while also having other options such as Killer and Brave Lance. Levin Sword's magic damage is an issue as General's MAG cap is really low.
Second, we begin buffing. Tiki gives an additional 10 hit points when worn, and then you add all of the tonics, that's another massive batch of stats up for the duration of the fight.
Third, we get the relevant weapons to plus five and add some Emblem power to them. Making sure my Spear and Killer Lance are set, I nod and carry on.
Finally, we get the combo of Unyielding++ from Marth, Hold Out+++ from Roy, and Lifesphere++ from Tiki. In order, if we're at 40% HP or lower HP, we're healed 40% HP. Additionally, if we have at least 2 HP at the start of a fight, we cannot be KOed even if we were to do so, remaining at 1 HP. And Lifesphere++ is what really drives this combination home. If you don't attack or use an item for a turn, then you heal 40 hit points AND cleanse any status effects. All of these skills can be used infinitely as passives and synergize wonderfully, making you nearly unkillable.
Keep in mind that Elixirs heal only 30 HP and are a limited resource. Here, we have a max HP of 101 with all buffs, meaning that we can survive an otherwise fatal blow, then immediately heal 80 hit points by just waiting our turn out.
Most of the enemies on this map are physically based, meaning that the vast majority cannot even dent my towering defense. I take my time, making sure to heal, and then go for the kill when I see an opening as I get greedy on crit kills with my lance. And it worked!
