This is the behind-the-scenes story of the most challenging documentary I’ve ever made—where nothing went as planned. From lost gear and extreme heat to tight schedules and unexpected moments, this journey pushed my filmmaking skills, my patience, and my perspective to the limit.
What started as a film about coffee in Uganda became something much bigger: a lesson in resilience, storytelling, and how to adapt when everything falls apart.
