In this video I do some fillet pointing around the exterior of the property. It is important to keep an eye on gaps forming around the exterior of your property, as water can wash away the foundations over time, you can also get weeds growing in the gaps etc. Fillet pointing is relatively easy and can be done with the most basic of tools.
The mortar mix in this video is –
4 building sand
1 cement
A handful of polyester fibres
SBR to wet the mix (do not add water)
Here are some useful links to the fibres and SBR on eBay, it is best to get the sand and cement locally due to the weight of the products.
