Sugar 15g｜2Tbsp
Vegetable oil 30ml
Fresh milk 60ml
Cake flour 70g｜1/2cup
Baking powder 2g｜2/3tsp
Salt 1/8tsp
Egg whites 2
Lemon juice 1/2tsp
Sugar 30g｜4Tbsp

~Topping
Softened butter
Cheddar cheese

Pan size 9x2.5cm 6

Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 17-20 minutes
