Recipe for 2 servings

Water 120ml
Honey 6g｜1/2Tbsp
Instant yeast 2g｜2/3tsp
Olive oil 15g｜1Tbsp
Flour 160g｜1,1/8cup
Semolina 45g｜1/4cup
Salt 5g｜1tsp

Canned whole tomato 300g
Olive oil 15g｜1Tbsp
Salt 1/8tsp
Mozzarella cheese 400g+-
Dried oregano as needed

Bake at 250°C｜480°F for 5-6minutes
