Filing for bankruptcy is a very big decision for anyone to make. Here in Jamaica it is crucial that we know where we stand and the processes to complete if we are ever in the unfortunate position that we may need to file for bankruptcy. While filing for bankruptcy is detrimental to your credit it may provide some much needed reprieve for your creditors.
