The fiberglass and polyester enclosures from Phoenix Mecano are engineered for rugged applications in harsh environments. They are available in 27 sizes from 55 x 55 x 37 mm to 406 x 401 x 201 mm. These nonmetallic enclosures feature a tongue-and-groove gasket design providing ingress protection up to IP66 and NEMA 4X. Standard configurations include captive stainless-steel lid screws and polyurethane or neoprene gasket options. Integrated mounting inserts allow easy installation of PCBs, terminal blocks, or DIN rails. They are UL-listed and suitable for food and chemical industry environments. Nonmetallic construction eliminates the risk of corrosion while maintaining high mechanical strength and low weight.
