Samtec edge card connectors support speeds up to 56 Gbps PAM4 and PCI Express Gen 1 through Gen 4. They are available in 0.50 mm, 0.80 mm, and 1.00 mm pitches with a wide range of orientations and options.
Samtec's edge card connector portfolio delivers high-speed interconnect solutions for datacom, industrial, high-performance computing, and PCI Express applications. Available in 0.50 mm, 0.80 mm, and 1.00 mm pitches, these connectors support speeds up to 56 Gbps PAM4. PCI Express Gen 1 through Gen 4 compatible versions support 1, 4, 8, and 16 PCIe links. Card slot options include 1.60 mm and 2.36 mm with vertical, right-angle, and edge mount orientations. The rugged Edge Rate contact system ensures optimized signal integrity and extended cycle life. Design options include single-ended and differential pairs, power/signal combos, press-fit tails, board locks, weld tabs, and cable latching. Mating cable assemblies (ECDP, PCIEC) are also available.
