When she was hired to work at our Eagle Harbor Maintenance Facility, Shoregang Bonnie Frazier was a little nervous. She came in knowing very little about the work and would be one of just a handful of women there. Those nerves quickly dissolved. Bonnie says everyone was so welcoming, helping her to learn and advance in her new career in shoreside maintenance. She’s now thriving and progressing quickly in this work environment, currently training to be a shoregang lead.
