Experts say it is in the best interest for major police departments to have at least 30% of their officers be females. They think females will be able to de-escalte things moe uickly and thus save departments from all the law suits they receive for police brutality. Ha HA ha is what I say. If this were true, why are so many female officers in trouble for the same sick things the male cops do? I believe they assimilate real fast to the culture of the department already established. And if that culture involvea a visible in your face blue line, then the faster these women become one of the good old boys.
