TYRant's are everywhere in law enforcement. There are no set patterns as to when the tyrant emerges. Some can be identified as a tyrant immediately because he will display the characteristics of a tyrant immediately. Sometimes a cop will "be your friend' and suddenly without any warning the tyrant appears with intentions to screw you over. Whatever the case, the badge which gives the cop this perceived power needs to be adjusted. We should have some sort of real consequences for the cop that takes his power too far!
