A 4-pack of Feit Electric ConvervEnergy branded CFLs, likely dating back to the mid-late 2000s. I believe these would have been sold at the The Home Depot. These are T2 tube bulbs rated for 900 lumens output at 13 watts, yielding an impressive nearly 70 lumens/watt efficiency.
The package is generally reasonable without too many outlandish claims or goofy marketing. It considers these CFLs to be 'instant on', and while there is no delay in the initial striking of the tube, it does still take a minute or two to reach full brightness.
I would overall consider these satisfactory bulbs if they were sold in the economy price range. The quality of light is satisfactory, there's no flickering, strobing, or other harsh effects that I picked up on during the test. The color rendering is good. My only dislike is the color temperature seems slightly cooler than a standard soft white incandescent light bulb.
