Two years have passed since Roy defeated Zephiel in the Disturbance of Bern, and it appeared that Elibe was finally at peace. However, he suddenly disappeared in suspicious circumstances, leaving his wife, Lilina, to rule over Lycia alone. As Lilina and Eliwood, Roy's father, search for him, Elibe gradually grows more unstable.
