Fire Emblem: The Drowned King is a hack created by Rushless. It is a long, 30-chapter hack with a lot units, designed to be iron-manned, with a lot of recruitable units. It is also designed to capture the essence of the original FEGBA games, with a few quality of life changes. As such, this hack features linear promotion, just with more classes than the original trilogy, such as Hunters, who promote into Horseman, who can wield both bows and lances, and Enchanters, mounted mages who gain the ability to use dark magic upon promotion into Night Riders.
The hack is set on the continent of Ferris, a land scarred by wars past. The plot follows Randall, the son of a famous mercenary, and a member of Regiment XIII, the dregs of the Ambrosian army, who is roped in a continent-spanning conspiracy to unite all six nations udner the rule of a mysterious overlord.
