This is the final video in the February Mealprep Series. We are making Pan seared steak, chicken and "barlsotto" with steamed mixed vegetables. Instead of trying a traditional risotto I decided to make it in my slow cooker and use barley instead. I prefer the stovetop quick version but this was satisfying as well.

I eyeball all my recipes so unfortunately cannot provide exact measurements. Use the steps for inspiration. This is what I do for my family - I'm not a dietitian or nutritionist so please if you have any particular health needs be sure to consult with a professional.
