About: The VELUX Active is a s a skylight automation system. This eco-friendly home improvement connects via wifi to an online weather station. It also has an indoor climate sensor that monitors temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide. They work in tandem to create optimal indoor spaces for homeowners. Skylights will open automatically once too much carbon dioxide is detected from cooking. If the room temperature rises too much, the skylights open to cool it down. Skylight shades can be programmed on a timer or controlled with a smartphone app. Excess bathroom humidity and moisture is vented automatically through skylights as well.
