This is an alternative strategy for Chapter 1, that is also the best transition into a Kent focused clear of LHM.
What was previously not noted about the original Chapter 1 clear, is that the two level 2 Brigands can cause some variation to the strategy. If the upper level 2 Brigand near the boss rolls up on both HP and Def (8.2%), then the basic strategy in the prior Chapter 1 video before still applies. Just have Sain not chip the level 1 Brigand near the start, have Kent do it on Turn 2 (which subsequently means he will chip the upper one enough to get him to 2HKO range for Sain).
If the lower level 2 Brigand rolls up on both HP and Def (also 8.2%) then Sain can't 2HKO him, so you can do this alternate strategy that gives more EXP to Kent.
This clear is still pretty much a 100% chance to get a 4 turn, because almost everything is 100% to hit and nobody can die if vulneraries are used appropriately. If Sain misses on Turn 1 EP then Lyn can clean it up.
Pessimistic Mode is a hack by Doesnt on feuniverse that only allows player character stats to increase if there is a 90% chance of them having increased by the level you have just attained. It is close to 0% growths in reliability but brings stat growths into the equation to reward training units and to help compare units better than by using averages.
