The difference between playing it for the first playthrough vs second playthrough is unbelievable. This has the most reinforcement count I've encountered in this romhack, that is if you triggered all the prerequisite events.
To complete this chapter, either capture the 2 fortresses or defeat Rin. The former is much easier as Rin has at least 90 avoid on the gate tile, there is no way you can hit her consistently. You'll have to wait for her to leave, which requires several reinforcements trigger to go beforehand, so I'm not really a fan of that either, and went for the fortress capture route instead.
On a side note, if you have been exploit skipping the reinforcements until now, this is actually the best time to fight them for extra levels as there are lots of droppable/stealable items from the reinforcements in this chapter. As long as you trigger one reinforcement wave at a time, it shouldn't be an issue. Just make sure to clear this within 15 turns for a reward plus a chance of a recruitment later.
