This is my response to what seems to be a knee jerk reaction to a call by senators in the US to investigate News Corp. In this video, we hear Mr. Killian make a claim that any investigation into News Corporation is against due process and justice. He also claims (in the comments section of his "highlights" video, that the FCPA itself is unconstitutional because it allows breaching of jurisdictional barriers.
I explain why this is incorrect.
Some points I want to make that didn't make it to the video:
1: Throwing around insults and accusations doesn't invalidate one's point, as I have maintained in the past, but doing so needlessly doesn't advance the discussion too well and it gets people's backs up.
2: Calling someone out on their needless childishness doesn't make one a Creationist or a Moon Hoaxer, not even in "all but name only". Not even in the slightest.
3: Bearing in mind the above two points, claiming that your opponent or critic is a Creationist or a Moon Hoaxer just because they point out your childishness doesn't make you any less of an asshole if you are behaving like an asshole.
One final note:
Shanedk has been temporarily unblocked from this channel so he can respond to this video if he so chooses. Let's see if he can behave himself this time (if not, he will get a permanent ban).
