'Zero No Chouritsu' by Tsukiko Amano, set to clips from the Wii game 'Zero ~ Tsukihamen no Kamen'... a.k.a. 'Fatal Frame 4: Mask Of The Lunar Eclipse'.
This song plays during the final scenes and credits of the game when played on hard/nightmare difficulty. (When played on easy/normal difficulty, the song 'Noise' plays instead.)
English & Japanese Lyrics (Via Closed Captions) have been copied from the Fatal Frame Wiki, so I expect they're not entirely accurate! Sorry.

For those of you unfamiliar with the game, the basic plot is as follows:
The island of Rougetsu holds a renowned festival during the lunar eclipse which occurs every decade. Ten years ago, five young girls were kidnapped during the festival; they were eventually found by a detective, Choshiro Kirishima, deep underground. They had no recollection of the incident, and few memories remained of their lives on the island before the kidnapping.
The girls and their families left the island to start new lives. Two years later, a mysterious incident killed all of the islanders...
Since that time, two of the girls have died, and the remaining three have decided to return to Rougetsu, hoping to reclaim their lost memories.
Misaki (wearing the blue top) and Madoka journey together, followed by Ruka (in the yellow dress). Ruka's mother, gravely ill, is worried for her daughter's safety and asks Kirishima to go to her aid...
And the rest... it's complicated!
