Welcome to my official guide on how to unlock EVERY hidden NPC character in Mario Kart World! Some of these guys are a bit of a pain to unlock normally, so I came up with a strategy to unlock them much faster! If you know any ways to make this method more efficient, please let me know in the comments! I'd love to be able to optimize this!
