This is a second effort to more effectively present & address the fast fliers, which to us, appear to be the phenomena’s method of manifestation at the most terrestrial, lowest/ground level. We have far more video evidence than is included here, but the proximity of these entities to our cameras led us to focus on & utilize these two clips for purposes of this presentation.
