Every video in this compilation was recorded over Los Angeles, California. Despite the informal messaging & formal reporting from the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the NHI phenomena is (1) real and (2) ongoing. The video captures in this presentation seem to document this. Whether assessed via appearance or performance or both, these are neither insects nor birds. Further, this phenomena outmaneuvers our aircraft routinely & at-will.
If these video captures do in fact represent advanced human technology as AARO has now formally stated, then the American citizenry deserve detailed explanations rather than generalized, intelligence-insulting, conclusions.
The question of origin & the question of existence cannot be conflated. Whether the NHI is extraterrestrial, inter-dimensional, pre-human, existing in our oceans, from the future, etc…are fascinating inquiries. But these are inquiries to be addressed only after the NHI phenomena is acknowledged to begin with. In short, suggesting that there is no evidence to support a particular origin theory has no bearing on the seminal issue of its current existence.
