In this video, I try and guess the difference between local, organic fruit bought at the local Santa Monica Farmers Market and regular, non-organic fruit bought at the conventional grocery store. I was really curious to see if I could actually taste the difference.
This is a blind taste test! I did not see any of the fruit beforehand and wore a blindfold during the blind taste test. I wanted to see if I could guess the difference between organic, local fruit and regular non-organic fruit from the grocery store, purely by taste alone.
I bring along my lovely friend Katie Reines, a registered dietitian and plant-based nutritionist to help me out.
