As a long-standing tradition, Sandia welcomed more than 19,000 friends and family to our New Mexico and California campuses this year for a glimpse into the work and culture of the Labs. Some of the demonstrations, tours and exhibits included drop tests, large particle accelerators, hypersonic wind tunnels, the solar tower, photovoltaic fields, numerous science and technology demonstrations, fun kids’ science experiments and more.
