Joseph Szimhart | False Equivalency & Equivocation: Does E. Tolle compare to C. Manson? @josephszimhart9431 | Uploaded September 2024 | Updated October 2024, 8 hours ago.
This is a short response to viewers who take issue with my critique of “soft” gurus like Meher Baba or Eckhart Tolle. I am not equating or equivocating, but I try to examine each group or teacher/leader/founder as unique, not as the stereotype many people associate with terms like cult or occult.
Overvalued and obsessive attachments to gurus is what I am trying to examine and whether a guru has flaws that might be overlooked by eager advocates.
