Karma means action basically but historically it also means actions that cause other actions which can be good or bad. In The Tiger's fang by Eckankar's founder Paul Twitchell we find a rule to not interfere with other's karma, similar to that in early Theosophy al la Blavatsky. We look at how in the late 19th Century, Mary Baker Eddy and Christian Science disputed Blavatsky's idea of non-interference, but with Eddy's fanciful idea of using "mental healing" interference.

NB: I mistakenly questioned whether there were human sacrifices at Tuluum in Central America among Mayans. There were!
