Where will Minerva be July 17th - 19th? So, just who is Minerva? If you’re wondering who Minerva is in the Fallout 76 universe, she is a Blue Ridge Caravan Company traveling vendor in Appalachia who sells plans in her inventory to players for gold bullion but at 25% lower prices than you can find plans elsewhere in the game. She also sometimes has plans that aren’t available anywhere else in Fallout 76. She travels to different locations throughout Appalachia and sets up just outside some of the major locations in Fallout 76 like Foundation, Crater, Fort Atlas, and the newest location White Springs Resort. As she cycles through these locations, she ends the cycle with a BIG SALE where her inventory includes plans she’s had in her last three locations; however, her plans rotate in a cycle, but it is a LONG one, so make sure you get the plans you want when she’s got them.

Camp items like the Brotherhood of Steel medallion, Emmet Mountain Disposal Sign, and the Hello Neon Sign will be available, so if you haven’t gotten your hands on them for one reason or another (maybe because you don’t like doing Daily Ops), be sure to grab them this time. Brotherhood Recon Jet Pack plan is available from Minerva this week as well. Gauss Pistol Weapon Mods are available, along with plans for the Gauss mini-gun and the plasma cutter. No big armor plans this go-around outside of that Brotherhood of Steele Jet Pack.
So go find Minerva in Appalachia during July 17th - 19th - grab any plans you don’t have yet before they are gone…for quite a while…
