After completing the quest Into Lands Unknown, you'll be assigned The Calm Before quest. This quest is the third quest in the Skyline Valley expansion. Beginning where we left of in the last quest, Into Lands Unknown, we'll enter Dark Hollow Manor, take care of the Lost who attack on sight, head to the basement, and talk to Hilda again. Vault 63 won't let you enter, but head back up and grab the severed hand of one of the lost you've just killed to get in. Speak to Hilda, a ghoul, and go speak to her uncle Hugo. Follow your compass to find James T. Overland in the security office, get a status report, and go back to Hugo. Complete his tasks and receive the plan for the Vault 63 burnt jump suit and some miscellaneous supplies.
