All Rise is a named super sledge that drops from the activity, Grafton Day. It has the legendary effects Juggernaut's, Steady, Weightless. The bonus effect is +50 health. It comes with the Heavy Rocket mod, which is only available on All Rise. Heavy Rocket gives bonus damage and bonus limb damage. This makes for a potent combination. Let's check it out.
