The idea is simple. The character inventory must contain 10 items or less.

Rules:
Inventory is limited to 10 items or less.
No Stash.
Dropped = Dropped forever
Identical items that stack count as 1 item. (stimpaks, bobby pins, fusion cells, etc)
Quest items or items that have no effect on gameplay don't count. (apparel, holotapes, etc)
Currencies don't count since I can't drop them.
Can area loot at events but must walk to nearest workbench for scrapping. Can't leave area until back to 10 items or less.
Legendary Modules don't count.
