The Institute has fallen but their agents still wander the Commonwealth while the residents of the Commonwealth can also be dangers to Synths who have escaped the Institute. To help these Synths, the Railroad and Minutemen have set up a safehouse at the northern edge of the Commonwealth to help them escape at Coastal Cottage.
This build was done on Playstation 5 using the "Game of the Year" edition. No building mods were used. The only mods I have are Creation Club skins which you will see on armor, clothing and Power Armor.
