With perfect spacing, you can phantom hit and full hit with the same hitbox. I do so here to add some extra damage at the beginning of the run.

Multiple new strats including a start that saves 0.5 seconds (huge, when the previous record was 8.72)
Theres an optimization that breaks targets 2-4 one frame faster, but it doesnt matter yet because you still have to wait until the cloud gets in position before you can hit target 5.
