Jorgensen pony was a good brand that made clamps with precision machining the proper way. They went out of business and gave their trademark name to import brand clamps. They look identical with similar castings... but are they comparable? Let's take a closer look.... ummm NO. Woodworkers need good clamps and the made in USA ponies were built to last. Experienced woodworkers know this and that is why used Jorgensen pipe clamps go for high prices on Ebay. The imitation clamps are cheaply made with rough threads... the photos speak for themselves. don't fall for the "pony" scam.
