We all face challenges when our reality is taken away and we are forced to find a new one. Johan Ronnestam shares his experience of this and what he has taken away from it.

But what is failure? Is it simply when the next step is not what we had expected, or is it when we don't learn anything from it? How can we learn from the failures of others if we don't talk about them?

That is why I have started the #Failstories project - to open the lid of unnecessary shame many of us carry and that holds us back. It is not easy for many of us to talk about our failures, including myself. Who are “they” that we worry about?

In this series, I have interviewed ten people who have talked about different kinds of failures that I am sure you can relate to.
