Recently, we've noticed a growing number of misleading and inaccurate stories about electric vehicles circulating in print and on social media.
EVs are also becoming increasingly politicized, which could slow their adoption and cause Canadian consumers to miss out on the cost-saving, emission-cutting benefits they provide. This episode tackles some of the most prevalent EV-related myths circulating in social and mainstream media today, offering evidence-based perspectives on topics such as EV-related electrical grid impacts, lifecycle emissions, cold weather performance and battery recycling.
