Sometimes people hear "Factory Forged" and assume it's a beginner blacksmithing project with no REAL blacksmiths involved. This couldn't be farther from the truth. From Hammer to Anvil to Welding to Sharpening, Tadafusa trains each of its staff to become an expert blacksmith from the day they step into the factory. We were lucky to interview the CEO of Tadafusa and to tour their main Factory In Sanjo City, Niigata, while we were visiting in 2025. This is what we captured and learned while we were there.
