In the first installment of this facial tracking series, I will show you how to properly prepare your footage for tracking in Nuke. We will look at all the methods we can use to bring out trackable features and to make the tracking process smoother.

We will look at removing noise, sharpening footage and colour correcting footage in Nuke.

Footage will likely not playback in media players due to the size so take straight into Nuke and export as an image sequence. Explained in this tutorial!
