So basically, Murdock wants to be Face and they both want to be Bond.
I made this vid like a month ago, but for some reason I never uploaded it. Anyway, I decided to put it on now because I'm feeling crappy and these two make me happy.
I just love Face and Murdock. They are the one of the best guy duos ever. They freakin behave like brothers! In which case, Murdock would be the annoying youger bro and Face would be the older one trying to teach him how to be cool.
I also appreciate how the friendship between Dirk and Dwight translated on screen. All they did was candidly pick on each other. Even if they weren't fully in the frame of a scene you could still see them teasing each other in the background. Simply hysterical :P

I made this trailer awhile ago but never uploaded it, hence the Summer 2011 in the title. I rewatched the vid and decided I still liked it, but because I didnt have the Vegas file anymore I couldnt fix the date.
This is my first try at a romantic comedy trailer, and since this is a very noncanon couple (seriously theres practically nothing of them in the show) its also a very largely manipulated trailer.
The plot is something I made up, and I hope its pretty understandable from the trailer.

JUDGES NOTES
In this vid I just wanted to focus on the anticipation, excitment, danger, and joy of horses and racing. I only used crossfades and fade to black -anything else in the video (white flashes, slow motion, velocity) was already the form of the original footage.

Judges Notes:
I decided to make a character study for Arthur Pendragon of BBC Merlin. I found this song by accident one day and was amazed at how fitting the lyrics were for his story.
What I wanted to convey, was Arthurs struggle to grow out from under his fathers (Uthers) shadow and into the man that would be king someday. To do so he must first realize that, unlike his father, he cannot be alone if he wants to be the king he feels he needs to be. Every time he tries to go it on his own, something bad happens forcing Merlin to save him.
Ever so slowly Arthur finds that he disagrees with Uthers point of view, and begins to cultivate lasting relationships with Gwen, Merlin, and eventually the Knights of the Round Table all people who are able to help him be the best king he can be. In the end Arthur was truly, never meant to fight on his own.

Thanks to Rinette I am now completely hooked on this show. And this couple! Oh my goodness, Im going to have a little fangirly moment here: THEY ARE SOOOOO CUTE! This was actually the first episode I watched before going back and starting the show from the beginning. I thought they were really sweet at first, then I started reading more about the actors and when I read that these two, Dwight and Wendy, were (and still are) married in real life...I freaked out xD *adds them to list of RL OTPs* ;P
So yeah, anywho, heard this song and knew it was perfect. I guess its from both their POVs. Oh and btw, their kiss...its probably the most amazing kiss in tv history...im just saying ;)
