Here we have a jumpin' player piano rendition of "Maybellene" played by Walter Redding (aka J. Lawrence Cook) and originally issued as QRS 9201 and reissued as part of a 3-song medley entitled "Chuck Berry Hits" on QRS XP-441. A top 5 hit for Chuck Berry in 1955. Johnny Rivers brought the song to the top 15 in 1964.
