The F4E Roundtable gathered over 200 stakeholders in Barcelona to discuss the main opportunities and challenges for Europe to lead the fusion energy race.

This panel discussed the training and skills needed to strengthen the future fusion workforce and ways to engage with younger generations to join this field, as well as the critical technologies to be developed.
