The biggest difference is in the shadows, thanks to ray-traced shadows and the new addition of ray-traced ambient occlusion. Reflections in the wheel winglets are also much more realistic, as are the reflections of the puddles in the rain. In fact, the wet track in the rain in general looks far better and more realistic with ray tracing on.
