Sky Life | Extreme Ice Bath In The Freezing Atlantic Ocean @livingtheskylife | Uploaded December 2019 | Updated October 2024, 6 days ago.
This week I am joined by my 19-year-old brother Zane for a little adventure in our hometown, Beverly, Massachusetts, just north of Boston! We had fun playing around with our Boston accents in this one :)
I take Zane to do breathwork and an EXTREME ice bath in the freezing cold Atlantic Ocean. This was super challenging considering the water moves so much in the ocean and the air temperature is so cold as well, but we both attempt to beat our PRs for ice baths! I also teach Zane the Wim Hof Method breathwork technique and he trips out on breathwork for the first time... it gets intense.
We also show you a little bit of our hometown, Beverly, Massachusetts! we head to the Organic Garden Cafe and Atomic Cafe and then to the beach for ice bath action in the Atlantic Ocean!
I had so much fun including my brother Zane this week. Family is very important to me so I am making a huge effort to spend as much time with my brothers and the rest of our family while I am home visiting.
