Patient was hospitalized on 30.06.2020 around 2AM after report from his wife. The initial symptoms were recognized by paramedics as anxiety and panic attack.
Often looks through the window and sits on the floor near to bed; restlessly walks in his room with hands kept in pockets, looks around as if searching for particular object. Regularly asks if there were any road accidents or phone calls to him since last interview. Considerable insomnia-related sleep deprivation and lack of appetite, registered significant weight loss over last month.
Interviews with patient and his family show that the patient has been a witness of fatal car crash about two months ago and performed an unsuccessful first aid attempt; the victim of accident was confirmed dead after the ambulance arrived.
Can be released home if panic attacks will not reoccur. It is recommended for patient to look for adequate therapy.

Once Ive met a woman, 11 years younger than me. Shes been 24 years old at that time, and still wanted to party... yes, I remember that energy when I was at her age. We kissed, we had a bit of intimacy, we were spending time at nightclubs and bars, sometimes playing darts. It was a good time.
But she didnt want to go to the theater, for example. Cinema was also boring for her. So we sticked to more nightclubs and local bars.

The main ideas for the story come from own dreams and nightmares; I wont tell which exactly I experienced, because I want it to be a continuous story, not just a bunch of separate ones, but many *actual* dreams were included.
It all started from one dream (around 2014/15) that I remembered, and felt so real that I woke up out of stress. Through years, the idea evolved into a scenario (spoiler: look for a woman whose name starts with K), then into a song (see At Night short version), next into a video game that I have never finished nor published, and finally into this novel, then my longest song ever based on novel. It all started from a short, single dream, and extended piece by piece, over years became a wide universe inside my imagination.
Whole IO2M (and therefore, the original IOTM) is also somehow related with this universe.
Work of my life, now I can finally rest. Peace.

They always keep the door open wherever I go. They always get out of my way. They are always offering me help, and Im always sick of that like I wanna cry and puke at the same time. My parents are denying my words, reminding me that I cannot do this and that, and that several times I fell off the chair. So what, they think Im a baby that cant withstand lying on a floor for two or three hours? Life fucks me from the day of birth, so why cant it go for more? I hope once Ill finally starve on this floor in my own piss, but they will know Ive been trying, and wont think of me as of useless cripple bitch.
