We installed our Silver Exterior Premium Window Film on this building to reduce the heat that was coming into the building. The property management company wanted to reduce the cooling bills and make the tenants more comfortable. Because of the black factory tinted glass, interior window tinting was not sufficient to cool the convective heat problem. The exterior film keeps the glass surface much cooler and prevent's heat gain inside the building. Stay tuned for a complete video case study once the installation is complete.
