Testing of blast mitigation window film in San Antonio, Texas. This giant Dr. Seuss looking thing is called a shock tube and is used to simulate a bomb blast. We can test the strength and resiliency of our window film and attachment systems, while having control over the blast pressure. Compressed air is built up to the desired pressure and then released by blowing out the diaphragm with a small thermite charge.
