Join us as we explore the two main workings of the Tonuco Fluorite Mine. We ascend over 700 feet in 100 degree heat to get to the mines which are about 75 degrees inside. The upper adit which is in this video started out as a 40-foot cut that became an adit that faces out 100 feet underground. Many bats called this mine home over the years and there is massive amounts of guano on the mine floor.
