In this video I explore the area of Pigeon Lake, Alberta.

This is one of the most popular lakes in the province - it has many permanent residents and it receives many annual visitors.

It is located in Central Alberta and it is about 110 km SW of Edmonton and about the same distance NW of Red Deer. It sits on the boundary between Leduc County and the County of Wetaskiwin.

There are numerous communities and places to check out around the lake - the popular Ma-Me-O Beach, the busy Village at Pigeon Lake, the historic Rundle's Mission Historic Site, the beautiful Pigeon Lake Provincial Park and much more.

This is just my 2 cents as a tourist, I haven't spent as much time out here as I have at other lakes in Alberta - I'd greatly appreciate recommendations and tips from people that have spent more time out here.

I hope you found this one interesting and informative. If you haven't already, please consider subscribing to my channel - I upload a variety of Canadian content.
