the place I have been most excited about for my whole trip is Gorge Du Verdon.
I have wanted to visit for probably 3 years now.
Besides it's obvious beauty, I'm not sure what it was that was drawing me here, but I knew I just had to go.
When I arrived however it all became clear, it was bigger that I thought, spanning miles with many different gorges and lakes, it truly is "The grand canyon of Europe".
I stayed around the area for 2 weeks, just being. Nothing planned, just do what I want as I want and what a calming and mentally healing week and a half it was (half of a week was spent trying to sail a sunken boat on another video, that was just knackering).
There is something special about this place and I know I will come back one day to experience it again.


Note - The driving shots in this video were sped up 1.5x, there was no chance in hell I was driving a 4 ton truck down those roads at that speed in real life!
